Urban Float only gathers your personal data when it is deemed reasonably necessary or directly linked to our services or promotions. Your health information is not collected without your explicit consent. The information we gather is typically provided by you through client information waivers, our website, booking systems, or via promotions, competitions, and consumer inquiries.

Rest assured, we prioritize the security and protection of your personal information. Our partnered programs, Float helm is a reputable global online platform that securely store your data.

Gift Cards

You can use our Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards at our center.

These cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender (such as cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or another gift card).

Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards hold the same value as cash. Please note that if lost or stolen, they will not be replaced, and they are non-refundable.

For Gift Cards purchased after March 31st, 2018, they will expire after three years from the date of purchase. Once expired, they hold no value.

Please present your Gift Card or e-Gift Card upon arrival. If you need to cancel your appointment within 12 hours, a cancellation fee may be charged to the card.

E-Gift Cards are conveniently emailed to your specified email address. If you wish to send Gift Cards to multiple addresses, Ask the staff at Ringwood@urbanfloat.com.au  with your details.

Please be aware that Urban Float reserves the right to change services without prior notice.


Cancellation & Appointment No Show Policy

You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge, as long as it’s done 24 hours before your scheduled time. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge the full price of the appointment.

If you fail to provide any notice, you will be charged the full price of the appointment.

 

Cancellation of Memberships

To cancel your membership, please provide us with written notice at least 30 days in advance. You can send your cancellation request via email to Ringwood@urbanfloat.com.au

 Please note that after we receive your official notice, there may be one more payment debited from your account before the cancellation takes effect.

Additionally, memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial three-month period.
